  I bought a CR-V in early January with Bolton Honda and worked with Ingrid Castro. She was super nice and really informative about the car, the warranties, etc. She made it an easy process and never pressured us into anything. She also spent a lot of time going over the car's features when we came in to pick up the car, making sure we were comfortable with them, prior to moving on to the next feature. As well, Mike, the GM was really great. They were both awesome at addressing any questions/concerns we had, even after we had picked up the car! I was disappointed that they didn't have any of the winter tires that I wanted, in stock, however, that's more of a function of availability than anything else. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Bolton Honda, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
