  Had already done all my research on the type and brand of woodstove I wanted. I asked Caledon Fireplace to come and give me a quote on installing the woodstove. I would also be buying the woodstove from them! They refused to come and do an in home quotation. Bizarre. I don't know how they stay in business. At any rate, immediately called Schomberg Fireplace and they are coming today to give me a price.

  Disappointed. Not very organized. Left a message for a service call with specific times to call back, called back outside of those times. Scheduled a service, the tech showed up on the right day but 5 hours too early. While the tech was working he took phone calls until i asked him not to. On the positive side, he was able to complete the service and showed me how to maintain the unit. Was looking for more professionalism from the certified service

  WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Paid almost $10,000.00 for a new fireplace. They insisted upon 100% payment up front, then only did 50% of the installation, then refused to come back to finish it. Would not return phone calls. When they did return our calls they said if we wanted someone to come out it would be considered a paid service call. Then then when the installer finally did return he was aggressive and kept calling us names, refused to finish the job, was laughing in our face. We had to ask him firmly to leave our home. Now we have to find and pay someone else to finish this job. Feeling so upset and can't believe this happened to us.
