- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-18, by Julian QuinonesI went in to the store to get a proof of purchase for a phone. The one customer service rep worked on getting this for me. It took about 30 minutes. He clearly didn't know what he was doing. Then another rep told me that it couldn't be done. She even had attitude towards me as she said this. Horrible customer service skills, untrained staff, waste of time.
